had been searching for a while to find a local meditation group and found stable house meditation. I can honestly say its the best thing I have ever done and has made such a positive impact on my life. Camilla is a wonderfully welcoming teacher and has so supportive and encouraging. I look forward to the group meditation with lots of lovely like minded people to share experiences with, it is my favourite part of my week!
I learned this technique 20 years ago but didn’t use it regularly. Coming to Camilla’s group has got me into a routine and I meditate regularly now. It has particularly helped me with ongoing back pain.
Five years ago if you suggested meditation I would have laughed and said that running was my meditation. Now I have learned Vedic meditation, I can’t imagine how I lived without it. I used to fear change. Now, when I think about the future, I know some big changes are coming, but instead of dread I feel positive anticipation.
